Kiera is our Completions Manager and takes over once a mortgage offer has been issued, helping clients through the final stages of their purchase or remortgage.
She works closely with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and clients to keep everything progressing towards exchange and completion, chasing outstanding items and helping resolve any delays along the way.
Kiera’s role is all about momentum. She keeps a close eye on each case, makes sure everyone is communicating and helps turn a mortgage offer into the moment clients actually get the keys.
